Determines Ideal Body Weight (IBW) for patients between 6-75 years of age from the patient's age and height based on NCHS tables. Calculates Body Mass Index from height and weight, and calculates Z-score and percentile based on CDC 2000 growth charts. The patient's BMI can then be displayed on a BMI growth chart from the same CDC statistics.
